The Boathouse has generously allowed us to use their space for the webcam. Now in its second year under new ownership, it has been transformed into a vibrant community hub in Preston. Bay Security Solutions is a local Intruder Alarm and CCTV installation company serving Torbay and South Devon. I grew up spending my childhood on Preston Beach and now share a beach hut on the promenade with my mum, Jennie Davies, who helps run the Beach Hut User Group. My grandfather, Bob Brewis, made a lasting impact on Preston Beach by helping secure funding for the basketball court, gym equipment, showers, and more. His legacy lives on through 'Bob's Patch,' located at the heart of Preston Beach."
